We back our products with our 90-Day Playproof Guarantee - because gear that’s made for real play should be able to handle it.
If your Playra paddles or balls experience a genuine manufacturing fault within 90 days of delivery, we’ll replace the affected item at no cost.
What’s Covered
We will happily replace your item if there is a manufacturing defect such as:

Structural cracks in the paddle that appear with normal use

Delamination or splitting of the paddle layers

Grips detaching due to faulty adhesion

Balls splitting or deforming abnormally under standard play

Hardware or stitching on the carry bag failing prematurely
If any of these issues occur, simply send us:

A clear photo/video of the fault

Proof of purchase
-
A short description of how it happened
Our team will assess it quickly and organise a replacement if eligible.
What’s Not Covered
To keep things fair for everyone, our guarantee does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, such as slamming paddles into hard surfaces, throwing them, or using them to strike anything other than a Playra ball

Natural wear and tear from regular play (e.g., minor surface marks, cosmetic scuffs)
-
Exposure-related damage such as prolonged soaking, extreme heat, or improper storage

Lost, stolen, or heavily abused items
-
Commercial or institutional use (gyms, rentals, schools) without prior agreement
Playra is designed for active, social play — but no paddle can survive being used as a hammer, cricket bat, or boogie board.
How to Claim
Email us at support@playra.com.au with your photos/videos and order details.
Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days and confirm next steps.
